What does the nightly rate include?
The rate includes the rental of the house, bed and bath linens, Wi-Fi, and a private parking space.
Cleaning fees, management fees, and taxes are also included in the price.
What time can we check in and check out?
Check-in and check-out times are flexible, but will be adjusted based on current bookings.
We simply ask that you let us know if you plan to arrive between 8 PM and 8 AM, so we can organize accordingly.
How does check-in work?
Before your stay, we’ll send you all the instructions for accessing the house. It’s simple and self-service, but we remain available if needed.
How many people can the house accommodate?
The house can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a private double bedroom and a sofa bed with a real double mattress in the living room, perfect for a couple, a small family, or two pairs.
